- Users must not engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, shill bidding, or any deceptive practices.
- Communication between buyers and sellers should be respectful and conducted through official platform channels.
- Renewable Network reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or take other action against users who violate these rules.
4. Seller Obligations
If you register as a seller on Renewable Network, you agree to:
- Provide valid business documentation including GSTIN and bank account details for verification.
- List products with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and warranty information.
- Fulfill orders promptly within the stated processing and shipping timelines.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws, product safety standards, and tax obligations.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints in accordance with your published policies and our platform guidelines.
- Not sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited products.
- Maintain adequate inventory and update listing availability in a timely manner.
5. Buyer Rights and Responsibilities
As a buyer on Renewable Network, you have the right to:
- Receive products that match the listing description in terms of quality, specifications, and condition.
- Request returns or refunds in accordance with the seller's return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
- Leave honest reviews and ratings based on your genuine experience.
- Access customer support for order-related issues and disputes.
As a buyer, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries.
- Reviewing product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.
- Making payments through the platform's authorized payment methods.
6. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through our authorized third-party payment gateways. Renewable Network does not store full payment card details.
- Seller payouts are processed according to the agreed payout schedule, subject to order completion and any applicable return windows.
- Renewable Network may charge a commission or service fee on transactions, which will be clearly disclosed to sellers.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Users are responsible for any taxes arising from their use of the platform in their respective jurisdictions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Renewable Network platform, including but not limited to logos, brand name, website design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Renewable Network or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Renewable Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote their listings on the platform and in marketing materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Renewable Network acts as a marketplace platform and is not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listings or products sold on the platform.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Renewable Network in fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for product installation, performance, or warranty claims, which are the responsibility of the respective sellers or manufacturers.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers:
- We encourage parties to first attempt to resolve the matter directly through our platform's messaging system.
- If direct resolution fails, either party may escalate the dispute to Renewable Network's support team, who will review the case and facilitate a resolution.
- Renewable Network's decision in dispute resolution is provided in good faith but is not binding. Parties retain their right to seek legal remedies.
- For disputes between users and Renewable Network, we agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
