We currently ship to addresses across India. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on your location:
- Metro cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad receive the fastest delivery options.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: Delivery is available with slightly longer transit times.
- Rural and remote areas: Delivery is available for most pincodes. Some remote locations may have limited express delivery options.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free shipping on all orders above INR 2,000.
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below INR 2,000. The exact amount is displayed at checkout based on your delivery pincode and product weight.
- Solar panels, inverters, and heavy equipment may incur additional freight charges due to size and weight. These charges are displayed on the product page and at checkout.
Sellers on our marketplace may offer their own free shipping promotions. Check individual product listings for details.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of order dispatch, not the date of order placement:
- Standard delivery: 5-10 business days across India.
- Express delivery: 2-4 business days, available for select pincodes in metro and Tier 2 cities. Express delivery is available at an additional charge, shown at checkout.
- Solar panels and heavy equipment: 7-15 business days. These items require specialized handling and freight logistics (see Section 5 below).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics disruptions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Order Tracking
We provide tracking information for all shipments:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the delivery partner's tracking page.
- Tracking updates are also available in your Renewable Network account under "My Orders."
- For heavy equipment and solar panel deliveries, our logistics team may contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
5. Solar Panel and Heavy Equipment Delivery
Solar panels, inverters, battery banks, and other heavy or oversized equipment require special handling:
- These items are shipped via specialized freight carriers experienced in handling fragile and heavy renewable energy equipment.
- Curbside delivery is standard. Our delivery partner will bring the shipment to the nearest accessible point at your address.
- For rooftop or indoor placement, additional handling charges may apply. This can be arranged at the time of purchase or by contacting our support team.
- Please inspect all heavy equipment deliveries at the time of receipt. Report any visible damage to the delivery personnel and our support team immediately.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with reputable delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders:
- Standard shipments: Handled by national courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and India Post for remote areas.
- Heavy and oversized items: Shipped through specialized freight carriers with experience in handling solar panels and industrial equipment.
- Express deliveries: Fulfilled by premium courier partners with guaranteed delivery timelines.
The assigned delivery partner depends on your pincode, product type, and selected shipping speed. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier for each order.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, we are here to help:
- Delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Wrong address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
- Failed delivery attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the seller. Reshipment charges may apply.
- Lost shipments: In the rare event of a lost package, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or full refund.
